Investment

Recently MindAffect closed their Series A Investment Round - where Oost NL acts as lead investor, together with investors from the network of NLC Ventures and MSB Isala. The funding will be used to broaden the application range by creating diagnostic systems for vision, hearing and brain health. They have started their tenure by hosting 65 students from the Christelijke Hogeschool Ede for their Innovation Day.

CEO, Jennifer Goodall: “MindAffect is delighted to relocate to the HealthTech Innovation Center at Landgoed Zonneoord. The team was inspired by the impressive connections with leading corporates such as Phillips, leading academic medical institutions, proximity to public transportation and renowned educational institutions, and the incredible beauty and tranquility of the campus. We are excited to do great things here.”

Oost NL supported their portfolio company MindAffect in finding the right environment for the beginning of this new chapter. “Landgoed Zonneoord is an increasingly interesting spot for innovative Health Tech startups such as MindAffect. The central and easily accessible location in the middle of nature in combination with interesting fellow residents makes Landgoed Zonneoord an ideal place to work on innovations in healthcare, says Rik Luimes, advisor Health from Oost NL.
